بروتين+ بنكهة الشوكولاتة :
باستخدام خلّاط مُدرَّج، تُخلط حصّة واحدة (30 غ) ) مقدار واحد من المغرفة الممنوحة داخل الكيس) مع 300 مل من الماء أو الحليب نصف دسم أو مشروب آخر (حليب خالي من اللاكتوز أو حليب منزوع الدسم أو حليب نباتي منخفض السعرات الحراريّة)، يُرجّ الخليط بقوّة حتى يذوب، يُترك لمدّة دقيقة واحدة ثم يُتناول على الفور. يُنصح باستهلاك كمّيّة كافية من السوائل يومياً.
